A better way to limit the size of a window is to handle the
WM_ADJUSTWINDOWPOS message. It is sent just before the window is
actually resized, but after the user has done his/here sizing
operation. It gives you the chance to control how the size/move
operation will REALLY occur. One of the parms is a pointer to an
SWP that represents what the new size is going to be. If you
modify it, then that will affect what the new size will actually
be.
