He has recieved the summery, proposal text, and a complete amendmended
document.  As of my last comminique, he had confirmed contact with 
about 50% of the Z2 RC's.  This is the area in greatest need of effort.

If not yet, they will.  Concentrating on the largest group ssems the
best move at this point (if not a bit late).  I'm sure Ward is here
