It certainly is. My father's laptop runs W95, W98 and WXP in three 
concurrent Virtual PCs. We use virtual desktops on that laptop however, 
so not much of a 'window mosaic' there. But I guess the 'two monitor' 
thing is doable as long as the host OS has multiple monitor support
