Otherwise NO.
 But yes they are going ot require quite a bit tighter standards for
Diesel Vehicles. Don't know if it will be a Catalic Process though.The
Hard one is going to be the Particulate Carbon emission. Presently
some engines use Carbon Traps that have vto be cleaned out
periodicly. But with Computer Controled Diesel injection systems
comming on line it is much better then in the Black Smoke belching
engines of Yesteryear. Particualrly from the Computer Controlled
engines built by Cummings.
