  Strange... Frank sent a message where he typed "SEEN-BY" all over
the place without the quote marks, or rather, I assumed he did because
whole lines were missing in the message. Obviously, there has to be
protection fpor "SEEN-BY" when processing mail, and I thought it was
Paul doing it, but he has since denied it. I dunno... but it sure made
it hard to read the message.
