Hi Larry,

I can only comment on the Broadcom LAN - I should *think* so as I have 
an HP dx5150MT with a Broadcom NetXtreme [PCI-express] gigabit chipset 
[Broadcom 5750A1 according to the pci.exe in pci104vk.ZIP] and that 
works great with the B57 drivers. :-)
