You didn't say anything about your system, so I'll assume quite a bit here.

Assuming an all fat setup. At a os2 prompt, type BOOT /DOS. After you get
to the dos prompt, delete the os2 directory and all sub-directories in it.
Change the attributes of all OS2*.* files in the root and delete them.
Delete the DESKTOP, PSFONTS and NOWHERE directories and... you're all
done...

If you have any HPFS partitions... you'll have to reformat them after you
backup whatever is in them...

That's it... Sorry to lose you from the os2 crowd.
