The copy of the DSM III I have costs me around $15.  The DSM IV is four
times as large and costs around $45.  The increase in mental health
diagnoses seems to concur with the increase of drug use in this nation.
We don't like to think of genetic mutation in this nation, we avoid
doing so at all cost.  Including that of the well being of our children.
