BL> It is inconsistent for you to be in favour of the Collins program
Who said I was? Next you'll be saying I'm in favour of the road that goes
from Perth to Murdoch.
BL> and tax breaks to subsidise your gambling,
Who said I was? I actually hate the way that you have to borrow money in
order to get the same benefits as others. I would prefer to just save my
money and have interest on my savings start back at the 0% tax bracket, and
only when I the interest is earning over $6000 do I have to start paying
tax on interest.
It would be more helpful if you ASKED me what my opinions were instead of
TELLING me. In the end, I decided to join them rather than fight them
(Labor policies).
BL> but to oppose tariffs.
Oh yes, I certainly do that. Well, I don't mind 5%.
BL> Your

Your argument is simply put, a complete lie.
PE> Hey Bob, I actuall *bought* a TV in 1987. The CHEAPEST 34cm CTV

The cheapest I could find in the Kmart/Grace-Bros type places. I've got my
old records to look up. And it was $449.

It was the time I wanted a TV. Sorry if there is something wrong with that.

I wasn't buying in 1985, I was buying in 1987. In 1987 it cost me $449. I
can now go to the same shop and buy a 51cm TV with RC and
teletext for the SAME PRICE IGNORING INFLATION. Poor old Bob. Getting
smacked with reality like a dead fish. Yeah, any time the slopes want to
screw me like that, they are more than welcome to. BFN. Paul.
