That assumes that it is as absolutely a black and white 'deficiency'
that you proclaim it is. The real world is more complicated.

actually DO which some like yourself proclaim to be utterly
unthinkable. In the real world, they continue to do so anyway.

And you CERTAINLY aint 'responsible' in the sense that even say an
origin line with a dud address in it can be used for excommunication

do have an origin line, it has to have your valid 3D address in it.

And when its as bizarre an interpretation of 'the specs' as your
is when you proclaim that a point absolutely must, no shadow of
doubt whatever, have the 4D address in their, you certainly cant
claim that anyone is guaranteed to hold you 'responsible' for that.
