You dont have to wait, you can usually get local calls via Optus
on any exchange which allows Optus to be used. Just prefix the
local number with the Optus prefix. And that saves 7% on those
too. Optus dont like to admit it, coz they pay telecom a time
based charge and still charge you 25c before the discount.
