No, not generally, although people have asked about being sub-agents

for Kallback and I guess we might be negotiable if the right person

came along in an area where we had no penetration.

No.  You still get accounts from Telecom and/or Optus and pay them as

per normal.  You will notice that the bill carries a notation of the

fact that you are involved with Netex.



Once you have paid your bill, Telecom or Optus send Netex their rebate

and they, in turn, send you your rebate.  So, if Netex skip the

country, the worst that happens is that you don't get the rebate cheque.
