It's in Russia.  I'd have to have a better look around to see if it has been 
maintained but it did post "simply the best" which I can confirm was created 
recently.  I'd rather not advertize for them but will post the url(s) if 
pressed to.  There are two posts there that tell the tale that the site cannot 
count utf8 characters properly.  I made sure with my posts that this would be 
obvious if true.

Maybe for future tests.  I am confident we could design a test for whatever 
either of us could come up with that requires testing.  Also I prefer terminal 
apps over web based ones.  "simply the best" was created by a terminal based 
app and will demonstrate proper word wrapping on a BBS that can count 
characters properly.  Can yours?  ;-)
