I was mainly wanting the anti-virus updates from virnet, but thinking about it, I believe it's on fidonet's filebone anyway.... So RMiniNet, is that standard FTN now? One of the biggest pains of RelayNet was allways having to use its special software, which later looking from Synchronet I got the impression Synchronet could have probably handled it without the extra garbage.... RelayNet had a LOT of message areas! Everybody could find something they wanted to read there, and nobody could carry all areas ;-) I sent my app in for Sysop's Tech Net (STN) yesterday. I put a note in there that depending on who my feed was, if you feed me on STN to use the same passwords as PascalNet and AdventureNet, otherwise use the new password.... No since in confusing RexW and all with a different password for each net.... --- Virtual Advanced Ver 2 for DOS* Origin: Roach Guts BBS (1:396/60) SEEN-BY: 3/0 633/267 640/954 712/0 313 848 @PATH: 396/60 45 261/38 712/848 633/267 |
