I'd learned at the fat32 list you have to install a specific version of
fat32.ifs (the latest probably - I'm not sure) in order to avoid problems
like that.
Meaning, if you are travelling from one system to another with different
versions of fat32.ifs apparently eCS can't handle the stick anymore.

Seems to be my problem anyway, but I haven't had time yet to flat it out.
