   I didn't do any 235's, I did the later 250.  I would expect a rise in 
compression to about 9.0 w/ a good RV cam, headers, and a small 4 barrel with 
vacuum secondaries would do fine.  I imagine it would do fine with the stock 
1 barrell with proper jetting.
