 You're running Winfossil and BNU at the same time????
 Do you have a good init for the modem?  I know the Sportster 28.8/33.6
 modems are picky as hell about inits.  Maybe the 14.4s are similar.

 It works fine here... but then I'm not trying to run that door.
 You might pick up the winfossil echo and ask there: how to get it
 working with doors seems to be a common topic.
