Can't swear I have the right show... don't get Disney... but IF it's
CBC's "The Road to Avonlea" series, in wider distribution... being discussed.
All my best remembering is that it is SET in PEI...but the show was filmed
just northeast of Toronto... on a custom built set...  but definitely in
ONTARIO...
If it's something else... then I'm off base...
As for PEI... there are NO HILLS at all... the whole island just tilts 
everel
Giving the illusion of riding up hill all the time... 
Actually in my case it was a week of 45 mph winds from the North... all the
way from Halifax up thru PEI to Campbellton... which gave the illusion 
lity
 
... Take my advice, I don't use it anyway.
