How do you see that? The LAW is the law. Period. And trying to cite
medical reasons...especially when it isn't true...is still a violation
of the law.
Would you consider it a ludicrous statement if I rephrased it just a
bit and said "there are plenty of other places to shop and restaurants
they could choose from. To single out one business like that and then
make a big deal about 'skin color insensitivies' is ridiculous".
One of the 'big deals' in this case was that this was an EYE doctor
refusing entry to a BLIND man and his guide dog. Now -that's- what's
ridiculous.
