Yes it will, if I try to pass it off as a solution to a general problem. 
Although you probably will be able to buy that, anyway. You probably can't
buy the weapons stuff though, which makes it vapourware if I try passing it
off as better than XYZ weapons controller.  For all practical purposes, it
doesn't exist.
