Odyssey - Blown to hell in Ds9
Yamato - Enterprise's sister ship caught in time rift now disappeared
Enterprise - Uhhh... I fergot.
Galaxy - First prototype and to bear class name
The Odyssey, Enterprise, and Galaxy were built at Utopia Planitia Fleet yards 
above Mars, but I dunno where the Yamato came from, I suspect the same place.
