long time ago. But there are still some Third World news services that 
sometimes provide interesting copy. Try some of these:

KGNA Bahrain          1550 UTC   14.764.0 MHz   50 Baud
JANA, Libya           1751 UTC   12.186.0 MHz   50 Baud
ATA, Albania          1804 UTC    9.429.87 MHz  50 Baud
IRNA, Iran            2012 UTC    8.049.0 MHz   50 Baud
Also, ANSA, in Rome, Italy, operates at different times on several 
frequencies; try:
                      1015 UTC   20.085.0 MHz
                      1030 UTC   24.785.0 MHz
                      1637 UTC   20.085.0 MHz
                      1830 UTC   16.067.0 MHz
