Actually, Sammy and I just phrased things a little differently.  Sammy
took your question as a general "what is new in 4.0", whereas I took
your question as "were there TSR _specific_ features added in 4.00" it
appears.
Of course, we probably should have also mentioned that the new name for
QEdit TSR is TSE Jr. Mem-Res.
The list of features that Sammy and I sent apply to all of our
products, including TSE Jr. Mem-Res 4.0.
Does that clarify things a bit?
