 RJT> How do you set things up to do that?
In your config.sys you need to add the following lines:
 SET RESTARTOBJECTS=startupfoldersonly
 suppresspopups=c:
 reipl=on

The first line isn't necessary, but it keeps any badly behaving programs that
may have crashed the system in the first place from reloading. The second
line says not to give you those pop up messages, but to log them to drive c
instead.
I don't recall what the third line does, but since it's the only other one in
that section of my config.sys, it's probably the one that tells it to reboot
on a trap. Hopefully someone else will clarify.
