Why's everyone so concerned about Wink? I didn't see anything about them
that we should care about, other than that they USED TO BE part of
Geoworks.

But there is someone working on TCP for 2.x. Forget who offhand. Clemens
Kockinhe (sp) is expanding his cWeb program to actually process HTML
tags. I'm working with him on that. Unfortunately, my version happens to
be the only geode ever to totally crash geos, so bad that it can't even
pop up a KR error...instead a text message starts to get printed in
the top left corner of the screen (I think from DOS), but it hangs
in the middle...you can still move the mouse, but only over parts
of the screen...just a really wierd, nasty crash. Who've thought I'd be
the first person to crash GEOS that badly? :)
Also, Jerry Reno more or less has the modem part of RenoComm finished,
although it has some kind of wierd bug if you open it with a connection
already established. And it's a bit slow to load compared to other GEOS
programs. I think he started work on terminal emulation now. He said
he'd make RenoTerm (telnet client I think) when whoever it is finishes
his TCP stack. He said RenoTerm wouldn't be free though.
