     Yes it is!  Any and every character ever known to have been created by 
Boon and Tobias for the MK's is involved in it too!  Over 25 backgrounds, 27 
characters, playable bosses, 4-5 skill tiers, and more than 100 Kombat Codes. 
 It also is rumored to have a tournament and mulitplayer option, something 
like the tournament mode on the SNES Killer Instinct.
