     well unfortunately it is still hanging in there by a thread.  I
understand that they still issue accreditation even though the
agencies don't seek it or pay there accreditation dues.
     I have a guide dog from a school that was the only one to be
accredited by Nac, but they claim they dropped there affiliation as
of this year.
