Dave,
Just back from Victoria.  Bought a house, and came in $7000 less than the 
bank said I could spend. :))  The wifes happy and I guess that say's it all 
;))
I now have a huge backyard, and a 5 acre wooded park across the street, which 
is a cul de sac, so it's nice and quiet!
Who is this Boy Scout splinter group you mentioned in Ottawa?  Can you 
describe their uniforms?
I dropped in to the Victoria Scout House and recieved a rather chilly 
reception to say the least!  I have to find a group to take me as they will 
not recommend a group either to me or for me.  Oh well, we'll just have to 
see what happens.
