No, I didn't manage to get that one.  I suppose some rookie fell asleep on 
the job or just didn't give a hoot and a holler about his work.  You're 
right!  The person responsible could get a reprimand for a mistake as big as 
that.  I'll monitor them and see what comes in.  Since San Francisco is 
within fairly easy listening range, it should be better from here.  Do you 
think propagation might have had something to do with this?  Don Kimberlin, 
on the shortwave echo, just posted a really awful looking solar activity
