Hi Stan,

It was my "stock" eCS 1.0 that wasn't working - I am still waiting to 
get a response on 1.2 pricing confirmation [10% discount for four 
packages - two upgrades + two SSPs] - 1.0 [this] is now working with 
above file from 1.13 installation.

As long as it now works, it no longer bothers me, but have no idea why 
that should be the case with sizes varying, growing.
