Granted I've only been once, but Tim the owner was friendly and let us 
sample a little bit of everything.
Great bark, good turkey, and pulled pork.
Served Central Tx style, on paper with white bread
Get out and support this place, cuz God knows there ain't much in the way of 
GOOD Q in Dallas these days, let alone in Plano
I'd rank it up close to Pecan lodge without the 1 hour wait.
I'm particular about my pulled pork and would have to say his is pretty damn 
good.
The sausage was good, he has shipped in from Taylor Tx
