The most common mistake here is asking for a window resource (FCF_MENU,of
FCF_ICON,  for example) that does not exist in your *.rc file (or
completely fogetting to bind your *.res file to your exe).  I would also
strongly discourage anyone from using FCF_STANDARD,  since you never know
what's going to be required (the definintion of FCF_STANDARD changes all of
the time).
