Hi Julian,
Using the IBM version of Mozilla 1.6 [IWB V2.03] here, and disabling 
cookies, with PrefBar, made no difference whatsoever to loading that and 
linked pages - almost 50 years ago I used to buy that particular 
newspaper every morning!
