I've lurked in this area off and on since about 95-ish ... the year that
is.  The first time I posted was a question about pcmcia modems, a USR one
to be more specific.  Nobody here at the time had a answer so I was forced
to hack a solution.  What a hassel that was.  Never again.  :-)
