BL> I got sick of jumping back and forth from VB to Delphi and had BL> a go at installing CBK.VBX in Delphi... and it works! BV> ROFL...I would have suggested that you give it a whirl. Bravery comes with knowledge. I have found that a little knowledge can be dangerous, so I'm chicken. BL> Bloody keith told me VB VBXs won't work in Delphi but this one BL> does, and there is more... BV> I thought that VBX's DID work in Delphi. What can you expect of a bloody Pommie toilet cleaner with an 18" hard disk? BL> But there is more... who cares? CBK.VBX works in Delphi as a BL> generic event handler. I don't even have to write one. Now all BL> I have to do is nut out a comms package to run the API and I'll BL> be giggling. ... FX: mad giggles I thought you said Windows was BL> hard, Grasshopper. BV> Just wait a while. There WILL be a wall ahead. ... Trust me. BV> You'll hit it soon. :) He, he, he. I've since found that I don't even need CBK.VBX in Delphi. I just pass the message to the form itself and write two lines of code. I'm nearly ready to get into the fun stiff now... if you'll only stop making me cut up my poor little ISA card so I cna run the hard discs on Mode4.
