    With the harness, the small part goes around Monster's (cute!) neck
then the larger part goes around his upper back, connecting behind his
front legs.  Make sure thet the straight piece goes down the center on top.
It is also very important to have the right size for Monster.  There are
sizes that range from X-small to X-large.
