Hi Doug, > I'm just getting into OS/2 pgmg w/ BC++. I have an pgm that > doesn't get past the WinCreateStdWindow, but OS/2 or PM still has > control of the .exe file. When I try to re-compile/link, the linker > gives me a bogus error. When I try to delete the existing .exe file, > I get an access denied msg, in both a VDM and an OS/2 window. When I > try to find the pgm with a WindowList, is doesn't show up. The errors are generated as the application is still running. Are you running the application in an OS/2 window or from the compiler? If in a window, you can close the window which will kill the application. It gets a bit fiddly if you are running the program from the compiler - the best way is to exit the compiler and start it up again.
