I like PM Patrol, available via anonymous ftp from ftp.cdrom.com, in /pub/os2/2_x/utilities (I think). If you cd to /pub/os2, there should be a large text file called 00index.txt with a complete catalog of everything in that directory tree. I had a similar problem to yours, using WinLoadDlg to create an app that used a modeless dialog for its interface. Check the handle to the window for NULL and exit with an error if it is, so you won't have to kill it manually. ...
