Garland is a cesspool of evangelical and anti-government extremists - so 
nobody wants to do business with them.
They voted a cut in business taxes, trying to PAY someone to do business 
with them.
One company took them up on their offer, "Bodega Meats".

Most communities wouldn't let an ethnic meat-rendering plant into their 
community for any price.
They're gross, they're an environmental mess, and they stink up the place 
for miles around.
But the Christians are desperate, and this is the only company that was 
willing to do business with them.

So - for the best dog and rat jerky in all of Texas, y'all head on out to 
Garland for some good, down-home cookin!
You'll come for the food, but you'll stay for the atmosphere.
