The license that is included within this archive explicitely states that it is
NOT for distribution. Did you even check?

The software has been removed from my system, but note that older versions of
PkZip (shareware) will remain available. PKware products are NOT shareware any
longer (since Phil passed away) though Janis *may* be able to secure
distribution rights. Until then ...
