512 MB on motherboards is not unrealistic. Ads are commonplace for massive
memory capacity. I have a Zeos catalog right here. Low end machine takes
128 MB. High end takes 192 MB. (And no, I did not hunt for the most absurd
figure. I just grabbed the topmost catalog. :) Consider adding XMS cards on
top of that, too. This one has 3 PCI slots, after all. :)

Very good example.

However, I'm not too keen on programs that do that, personally. If they
_know_ they're going to use disk space, they should just use it, straight
out. They shouldn't deprive other processes which don't waste memory. I
want real-time MineSweeper. :)
