If you're installig the new Watcom C/C++ 10.6 Upgrade under OS/2, beware -
"WMAKE" in the "BINP" directory is still just Version
10.5!  Rename/remove it and use the "WMAKE" in the
"BINW" instead (it works), as it's 10.6.
