wrong Rich ( he probably has a better answer also ) but there are tools
like Ingressor that let you edit and export the Outlook auto-complete list

Ingressor Desktop lets you edit the auto-complete list of recipients used
by Outlook easily, but in a comprehensive manner. Even exporting contacts
to the Outlook address book and creating backups of the list or moving it
to a new computer are possible.
