Just to clarify - that's not what happened.  Serenity licensed the code, formerly 
known as twoOStwo and WarpVirtual (it existed long before Serenity was 
involved).  The owners of the code later sold it, and the new owners chose to 
discontinue the agreeement with Serenity.
