*I* installed WP Suite 7 without a hitch, and have done a couple of
re-installs with different setups until I found one that worked for me
without any problems. I would wager that some of the .dll files you are
dealing with may be corrupt. I believe there is a README text file on
the CD that tells you what files WP needs/installs. You might try
manually removing those files listed before trying to install again,
just in case they are not being overwritten when re-installing.
