Even though the Maquis have had their quarrels with Starfleet/UFP,
that would appear to be only when Starfleet was "stepping on their
toes", so to speak, particularly when in defense of the UFP/Cardassian
treaty(s) which brought about the existance of the Maquis in the first
place. Since the Maquis' primary enemy has always been the Cardassians,
and since Cardassia is now a member of the Dominion, with which the
UFP/Klingon Empire (and possibly others) are now at war with, it would
be quite logical to assume that the Maquis now find themselves 100% on
the same side as Starfleet, and vice-versa. Oh well...
