Its likely that your computer oscillator circuits are (radiating RF)
getting into your receiver *not* at the antenna but via the coax or
directly into the receiver. Thus adding radials will not help and may
harm the operation of the Jpole. Try moving either the computer away
from the receiver or the receiver away from the computer. If the
interference is reduced then you will know for sure.
