Already replied to this. The Adaptec 1740A is for EISA bus only,
hence its low price. This board will probably not work in your
system.
The Fujitsu 500 MByte drive is a conventional SCSI-I drive (good
drive, high quality) but it may already be sold.
You need a 50-pin ribbon cable to connect a SCSI-1 or SCSI-2
adapter to an internal SCSI hard drive. Any SCSI adapter can
connect to as many as seven devices -- hard drives, tape drives,
CD-ROM drives etc. -- and the devices are daisy-chained on the
same cable. A 3-socket cable (like item #5 in my list) will
handle 2 SCSI devices. Such a cable is usually included with an
adapter.
