(If my ageing memory doesn't fail me again 8-(  I seem
to recall you were not a advocate of the use of WD-40
petroleum distillant to over come rotory moter shafts
whose lubricate had aged and now tended to seize the
shafts in their support bushings.

What altenative do you find more successfull please?
