Hi,

I hope you are not ignoring the obvious, that is, in an ALL SCSI system
you are likely to have your SCSI card using the IRQ 14.  
This IRQ is normally used by the IDE controller.

I note your report does confirm that the Secondary Controller IS turned off.
ie. "Secondary Channel is disabled".

In other words, your SCSI cards' IRQ is probably clashing with the IDE
controllers' IRQ.
